Secretary of State Hillary Clinton made an important statement today about the way forward towards peace for Israel.
She spoke of the urgency to make progress towards peace between Israelis and Palestinians. She stood firm on President Barack Obama's demand that Israel freeze settlements. She spoke about the Palestinians' responsibilities on security and incitement to violence. She also called for Arab states to do more to make peace a reality.
We need you to send a message of encouragement to Secretary Clinton. Tell her that she and President Obama are right in calling on Israel to freeze settlements and in calling on the Arab states to contribute to renewing the peace process.
Clinton is right. America, Israel, the Palestinians, and the rest of the Arab world must all act to make peace a reality.
The stakes are high. Millions of Israelis and Palestinians are impacted by the conflict every day. But it doesn't
end there: Arab-Israeli peace is a key national security interest for the United States.
