Washington, D.C - Americans for Peace Now today strongly denounced the terrorist attack at the Merkaz Ha-Rav Yeshiva in Jerusalem. APN extends its condolences to the families of those killed in the attack and wishes a speedy recovery to the students who were injured.

"This murderous attack was not only a brutal assault on innocent students studying torah but an assault on the efforts of Israelis and Palestinians to reach a peaceful settlement," said Debra DeLee, APN's president and CEO.

APN urges the leaders of Israel and the Palestinian Authority to fight the violent militants while redoubling their efforts to negotiate peace.
